Nicole Marie Morse Undergraduate Degree: Fordham University 1994 Law Degree: Suffolk University 2003 Areas of Practice: Personal injury, worker’s compensation, wrongful death and medical malpractice. After being admitted to the NH Bar in 2003, she worked as an Assistant Hillsborough County Attorney, where she prosecuted a full range of bench and jury trials from investigation to verdict. In recent years she has successfully represented many personal injury clients obtaining just compensation through settlements and verdicts. She is a compassionate and experienced trial attorney with noted success arguing before the NH courts and the NH Department of Labor. She handles all levels of civil litigation including mediation, arbitration and jury trials. She has arbitrated labor disputes and conducted sexual harassment training for state employees. Nicole Morse is a native of New Hampshire and lives with her husband and three children in Manchester. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University in New York City in 1994. She received her law degree, cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and received the Jurisprudence Award in Labor Law. She is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of New Hampshire. She is a member of the NH Bar Association, the NH Association for Justice, the NH Women’s Bar Association, and the Manchester Bar Association.
